Hoppip, the Cottonweed [FINALE]

For some weird reason, a wild Hoppip appeared!

Skill 1 - Solar Beam
 
Hoppip charges solar energy for a brief duration then fires out a powerful beam in the selected direction, dealing damage to enemies in a line and revealing them for 3 seconds.
Deals only half damage and reveals for 2 seconds if casted at night.

Level 1 - Deals 90 damage.
Level 2 - Deals 160 damage.
Level 3 - Deals 230 damage.
Level 4 - Deals 300 damage.
Level 5 - Deals 370 damage.

Damage: 35%.
Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds.


Skill 2 - Synthesis
 
Heals both the target and Hoppip, boosting their movement speed for 5 seconds if casted during day. 
Heals double ammount if casted on Hoppip. Heals only half ammount if casted at night.

Level 1 - Recovers 60 HP, increases movespeed by 15%.
Level 2 - Recovers 125 HP, increases movespeed by 20%.
Level 3 - Recovers 190 HP, increases movespeed by 25%.
Level 4 - Recovers 255 HP, increases movespeed by 30%.
Level 5 - Recovers 320 HP, increases movespeed by 40%.

Heal: 30%.
Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 seconds.


Skill 3 - Spores
 
Showers the target area with damaging spores, causing enemies within to take damage periodically and have their speed reduced.
If an enemy stays within the area for 2 seconds, it becomes slept for a short duration.
Lasts 5 seconds.

Level 1 - Deals 20 DPS, slows by 20%. Sleep lasts 1 second.
Level 2 - Deals 35 DPS, slows by 25%. Sleep lasts 1.25 seconds.
Level 3 - Deals 50 DPS, slows by 30%. Sleep lasts 1.5 seconds.
Level 4 - Deals 65 DPS, slows by 35%. Sleep lasts 1.75 seconds.
Level 5 - Deals 80 DPS, slows by 40%. Sleep lasts 2 seconds.

Damage: 15%.
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds.
 
 
Ultimate - Sunny Day 
 
Summoning the power of the sun, Hoppip creates an artificial day in its surroundings for a duration.

Level 1 - Lasts 15 seconds.
Level 2 - Lasts 20 seconds.
Level 3 - Lasts 25 seconds.

Cooldown: 50/40/30 seconds.
 
 
 
Special - Clorophyll
 
Hoppip recovers 0.5% of his maximum health each second.
This effect is doubled by not taking damage in the past 6 seconds.
This effect is doubled during day.

Note: Heal bonuses do stack.
