Some changes.

I'm aware that no one reads this, but whatever, here is the report.

Heroes:
Spirit recovers 0.1 Mp per point instead of 0.14 per point.
Damage type is now Piercing instead of Hero. (Piercing damage do full damage against any armor). This was made in order to create deflecting abilities.

Map:Tileset is now Cityscape.

Creeps:
Waves are conformed by 3 melee creeps and 3 ranged creeps instead of 3 melee creeps and 2 ranged creeps.
Siege creeps spawn every 2 minutes instead of 2.5 minutes.
Ranged creeps now have Normal attack type (100% against Normal armor, 50% against Hero, 75% against Fortified).
Siege creeps have Normal attack type, but now got the Demolition ability (x5 damage against buildings).
Both ranged and melee creeps have Normal armor (no special reductions).

Neutrals:

New neutrals.
Set neutral camps: 2 easy camps per side, 1 intermediate camp per side, 2 hard camps per side, 1 lunatic camp on lower half of river, and 1 boss camp on the upper half of river .

Sephiroth, the Genova's Son

Names: Sephiroth.

Genova's perfect son. He was once the best Shinra's SOLDIER.

Level 3 - 150 damage.
Level 4 - 200 damage.
Level 5 - 250 damage.

Power Bonus: 45%. 
Mp: 60/70/80/90/100.
Cooldown: 15/14/14/13/12 seconds.


Skill 3 - Drain Flux.
Sends out a wave that will deal true damage as passes by, recovering Sephiroth's Mp.
The wave will travel until reaching its maximum travel distance or colliding with a hero.
Non-hero units takes half damage.

Note: Maximum distance is 700. Missile sight is 600.

Level 1 - Deals 45 damage.
Level 2 - Deals 90 damage.
Level 3 - Deals 135 damage.
Level 4 - Deals 180 damage.
Level 5 - Deals 225 damage.

Power Bonus:
30%.
Mp:
50.
Cooldown: 10 seconds.


Ultimate - Meteo.

Calls down a mighty meteor that deals massive area damage, slowing enemies within
.
Two seconds casting time.


Note: The meteor takes 0.9 seconds to strike once called. 400 AoE.

Level 2 - Deals 800 damage.
Level 3 - Deals 1200 damage.
